Question: How do I get promotion?

Answer: In general promotion is based on individual performance. Ability to attack and defend self. Overall support of alliance in terms of troops, campaigns, and resources. Leadership ability. Being able to mentor other players and vacant leadership positions.

Rank in and of itself does not make you a leader, but you become one by your actions. 

Question: When should I buy rubies and how many should I buy?

Answer: In many cases, buy rubies ONLY when there is a 50% or 75% sale. (75% yeilds more) Only in emergency cases should you buy rubies without a sale. Ruby Sales happen on average 3-5 times a week.

Remember this is a game. Don't spend too much according to your preferrances, but spending a little is worth the smiles and increased advantages.

Question: What do I do if my army disapears?

Answer: There is a known "bug" in the game that sometimes makes armies disapear (usually on way back from attack or when attacking RBC). Open a "ticket" with tech support in the game by selecting the "?" icon top righ hand on game screen. This gives you two options, select "headphones" icon. this will take you to a GGS form. Fill it out completely and if possible include a screen shot. Be patient but be persistant!!
